Glow is built with a deliberate focus on collecting as little as possible. The app stores your preferences on your device, plays audio locally, and asks nothing of you in return.
We do not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, location, photos, microphone input, or any audio recordings.
We do not have user accounts. We do not require sign-up. We do not show advertisements. We do not sell, rent, or share data with advertisers. We do not track you across other apps or websites.
Apple handles all in-app purchases, subscription billing, refunds, and receipts under Apple's own privacy policy.
PostHog, if analytics are enabled in your settings, receives the anonymous usage events described above for the sole purpose of helping us improve the app. PostHog's privacy policy applies to its handling of that data.
We do not work with any other third party that receives information about you.
Glow is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
You can disable analytics at any time in the app's Settings. You can request deletion of any data we may hold by contacting us. Because we don't tie data to your identity, we may not always be able to confirm specific data on request — but we will delete what we can identify.
When this policy changes materially, we update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify users in-app. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
