These terms cover your use of Glow, an iOS application made by Hergenroeder Technologies LLC. By installing or using the app, you agree to them.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Glow on devices you own or control, for non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, or commercially exploit the app or any part of it.
Glow is a relaxation and ambient sound tool. It is not a medical device, not a diagnostic tool, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any health condition, including sleep disorders, anxiety, or insomnia. Nothing in the app is medical advice.
If you are experiencing persistent sleep problems or any health issue, please see a qualified healthcare professional. Do not rely on this app in place of medical care.
All purchases inside the app are processed by Apple's App Store. Subscription pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund policies are governed by Apple. To cancel a subscription, manage it in your Apple ID settings. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly; refund requests go through Apple.
You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems, or to interfere with the app's normal operation. We may suspend access to features for users who violate these terms.
The app's name, design, code, audio content, visual assets, and brand belong to Hergenroeder Technologies LLC. Nothing in these terms grants you any ownership rights in that work.
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular result for you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hergenroeder Technologies LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms over time. When we do, we update the effective date above. If changes are material, we will give notice in-app. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance.
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.
